I'm Lindsay—founder, entrepreneur, and career coach.
I don't coach from theory alone. I coach from two decades of building businesses, leading teams, making difficult decisions, and walking through seasons of change myself.
For more than twenty years, I've helped people navigate seasons of growth. Early in my career, that meant advising companies and private equity investors. Later, it meant building the Kayo Conference Series into a trusted community of 5,000 women across finance, venture capital, real estate, and energy.
Today, it means something even more personal: helping individuals and teams discover the strengths, clarity, and confidence they need for whatever comes next.
Over the years, I've learned that the strongest growth rarely happens overnight. Like the understory of a forest, the most important work happens quietly—beneath the surface—where strong roots are formed, healthy soil is cultivated, and new growth begins long before anyone else can see it.
